Kamal Salih
Director and founder
Dr. Kamaleldin Salih BDS is a private dentist and entrepreneur who qualified from King’s College London. Alongside his clinical career, Kamal has consistently built and applied core business skills, particularly in sales, marketing, and leadership, to create and scale ventures across multiple industries.
From early roles in home improvement sales to a marketing position within a London mortgage brokerage, Kamal developed a strong commercial foundation and deep exposure to the property sector. While studying dentistry, he launched and grew a jewellery business, learning first-hand that sustainable success depends on systems, delegation, and effective team building.
This combination of hands-on business experience and strategic thinking led Kamal to property development. After successfully delivering a full refurbishment and loft conversion project, he founded Arx Vitae Property, where he now focuses on building high-quality housing while leveraging his entrepreneurial skillset to lead teams, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful projects in the UK market.

Colin’s broad experience across all areas of buildings and planning regulation reflects his ability to find practical, economical solutions tailored to the unique challenges of each project, while maintaining a consistent focus on maximising value for his clients.
As a trusted independent planning consultant, Colin is committed to helping clients unlock the full potential of their property or land — whether that means gaining more space, enabling expansion, or realising a land asset. His hands-on construction know-how, deep understanding of planning law and policy, and established relationships with Local Authorities allow him to oversee the entire process from design through to approval.
Colin is widely regarded as a key authority on commercial-to-residential conversions through the strategic application of permitted development rights. His early grounding in private architectural practice — where he mastered design, drawing, and was among the early adopters of CAD — combined with years of running his own architectural and property business, gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective that few in the field can match.
