We mostly consider projects in and around Bedfordshire with a GDV of £1-2M. These are typically conversions of commercial buildings (such as offices, shops and light industrial) to modern, high quality residential flats: a mixture of 1, 2 bed and where there is demand, studios and 3 beds. Our projects are all completed to a high standard with great consideration made to amenities and provision of a comfortable end user experience.

Our development process involves multiple stages including planning, design, and construction and sale. Each step is meticulously planned to ensure we achieve desired outcomes while adhering to timelines and budgets.

This varies depending on project scope and complexity, although we typically aim for 12-18 months from purchase to sale. Nevertheless, we strive to keep our clients updated throughout each phase, ensuring transparency and maintaining communication from start to finish.

We currently work with a select panel of private investors with a large appetite for investment in our projects. Although we do welcome new investors, this is subject to a thorough vetting process and assessment of alignment with our company values.
