Who are we?

Arx Vitae Property is a property development company which prides itself in its ability to find hidden gems in the property market. We believe each building has its own soul, its own unique quality which once served to house families and businesses alike. Many of these buildings now stand forgotten and disused, often left to the elements. On many an occasion, the keen developer comes looking to solve the problem, only to scratch their head and walk back out, muttering that the building is worthless…

No building is worthless to us.

However with ever evolving regulations, our team are adept in understanding changes and using them to unlock value, utilising creative architectural solutions to not only create a cost effective development, but one that keeps the soul of the original structure.

We are no strangers to the industry. With dozens of years of experience between our team of professionals, each member brings along a rich perspective from their field of expertise, forming a balanced and dynamic collective, united by a common vision.

Purpose

Years in a difficult industry (that can feel very stagnant at times) can often leave us feeling disillusioned and frustrated. Each member of our team simply grew sick of common the lack imagination and ambition that can stall, and very often cause promising deals to collapse. We have come together because it is our common boldness which drives us to explore the possibilities and push the boundaries of what most developers consider possible.

By shrewdly identifying a gap in the market, we have been able to discover new opportunities that other developers are simply not aware of. Primarily focusing on commercial to residential building conversions, we are experts in adapting buildings for a change of use.
